Plebmarkt is the working title for the front page of paywithbitcoin.com offering a permissioned P2P marketplace. This fulfills a key project objective: to catalyse stronger more resilient local communities and decentralise essential supply chains.
- Items are ordered from top-left to bottom right based on geographic proximity to the user, based on the user’s GPS location (if permissioned by user), or IP Geolocation (falllback).
- Buyers/Sellers identified by Pubky Ed25519 key (volatile name/nym/avatar)
- Users able to log-in to persistent session with Pubky Ring for iOS or Android or any other Ed25519 signing device. i.e. an aspirational Ed25519 airgapped optical hardware signing device.
- Sellers and buyers able to send a signed ‘Thanks for the trade’ token to each other.
User Story:
As a minimum wage mountain worker in Whistler, I want to see all of the organic locally produced food items being sold by my neighbors, available for delivery before lunchtime.
