MARKETING

During the project’s bootstrap period, marketing activities should be focused within our initial geographic hubs (i.e. mountain towns). This will allow rapid experimentation, and growth-focused data science activities, while features are built and shipped.

Local marketing plans should be customised, based on the locality, and will be substantially different for towns and cities.

Placement of marketing spend should be experiment-driven and data-driven.
