Here’s what we’re thinking… all very rough ofc

January 2026
- Brock and Arctic have an initial chat. Might even be possible to do this in person before the 5th.
- Brock decides whether he’s down to join or not.

February 2026
- Alpine sets-up a simple MedusaJS store at paywithbitcoin.com with a small selection of freedom tech products that can be dropshipped worldwide. NovaCustom and Nitro will probably work well. Can bundle a free Skross lightweight laptop charger on higher value purchases, and a pack of steezy freedom tech stickers on lower value purchases. Payment only by Bolt 12 (and Ark once Second’s implementation ships).
- Apply for an initial HRF grant. Our ability to get Qubes laptops shipped almost anywhere in the world – with a payment method that’s more private than main chain – is a good fit with their grant allocation criteria and useful to many individuals/organisations they already support.

March 2026
- Meet in Whistler for snowboarding and bootstrapping. Arctic and Alpine have already scheduled 3 weeks in March.
- If Brock can join too (for any length of time that works), we can chill, get to know each other, do some planning, and shake hands on some stuff.

April 2026
- Do some more tactical product builds.
- Make a start with entity incorporation and legal docs.
