Nudge theory is a concept in behavioral economics that suggests changing way choices are presented to influence people’s decisions and behaviors without restricting their options. It aims to guide individuals towards better choices by modifying the decision-making environment, often referred to as “choice architecture.”

Music has been an intrinsic loci of cultural movements for centuries. We’ll use House Flow music throughout our project to help nourish souls, remove barriers, and create flow… starting with embedded audio, through to streaming music in our co-working spaces, hubs, bases, and live events.
Mountain communities are by-and-large yet to experience high quality EDM because large venues are sparse and the economics of tours are prohibitive. We’ll brute force all of those barriers…
Outdoor pop-up events in stunning alpine locations will serve as an upper-funnel, to demonstrate how open-source money can help build stronger and more resilient communities. Creating flow with music… a few stands selling smoothies, raw milk, home-made beef jerkey, while the sun sets and the moon rises from behind the mountian.
We’ll bring a shoe-box sized bitcoin ATM and offer significant discounts if people pay with bitcoin. Beautifully designed pocket maps can be used to signpost people toward local enterprises that accept bitcoin with a QR code for each.
These mini on-ramps will put the very first sats into people hands, and the first bitcoin apps onto peoples phones, and as such they will have overcome the highest-friction entry barrier. Gamification can then be used (Pokemon Go-style easter-egg hunts) to compel subsequent transactions.
… create flow with phenomena, and lock it in with repetitive messages that offer people ideas and opportunity to create good times.
