Hypothesis

Bitcoin was intended to be money. People will adopt it for monetary transactions if it can provide:

  • A compelling and immediate value proposition
  • Lower friction than legacy payment systems
  • Confiscation resistance
  • Equal or better security than legacy payment systems
  • Fraud mitigation/prevention features

All of these goals are achievable to some degree. But at present, the bitcoin ecosystem isn’t innovating rapidly enough to place it in a leading position against the specter of centralised digital currencies. Layer 2’s have created capacity. Now it’s time to kickstart adoption.

This project seeks to analyse and improve upon highly effective business methods utilised by other organizations (Salesforce, Red Bull, Toyota etc.) and re-imagine them as maximally decentralised and configured to distribute value fairly between participants. For example, we re-imagine UberEats by building and deploying open-source rails for local delivery DAO’s which can operated by sat-stacking bros with mountain bikes and trucks, combined with another DAO for dark kitchens. If we can create and ship awesome new rails for ethical decentralsied supply chains, we’ll be trailblazing a vision of universal hope, abundance, and prosperity.

Mountain towns are comparatively strong communities by necessity; people are well interconnected and connected with their natural environment. Geographic and microeconomic factors present many opportunities for a disruptive product… a well designed app can start to dis-intermediate supply chain monopolies by providing a method for the bee keeper to order milk from the dairy farmer, and the dairy farmer to order honey from the bee keeper.

Likewise, an olive farmer in Greece should be able to micro-supply a restaurant in Ireland through direct P2P trade; process overheads such as shipping consolidation, documentation, credit, insurance etc. can be re-engineered and automated if we can scale trust effectively.

The current geopolitical and world economic systems are configured in such a way that war is profitable. Providing frictionless rails for intra-community peer-to-peer trade can help to make peace profitable.

We believe that an assembly of the smartest most motivated decentralisers can disrupt and disintermediate monopolies through optimsiation and value redistribution. Unleashing peer-to-peer will be the herald of free choice, free markets, free communication, and free enterprise… exposing the control paradigm to the light of day.
