Decentralised Health is going to be high complexity section. We’ll probably need a very based and philosophically aligned doctor to run it (I have someone in mind). Here are a few thoughts:
There are a bunch of neo-health organisations, founded and staffed by Covid dissenters; including many doctors who were struck-off by centralised medical boards. The most notable is The Wellness Company which provides a subscription medical consultation service, as well as frictionless access to generic repurposed medicines such as Ivermectin, Menbendazole etc.
I think the aspiration is probably to have some kind of P2P medical consultation service, comprising doctors affiliated with the new Freedom Medicine organisations i.e.:

At the outset though, we can probably make a positive contribution to the Libre Health ecosystem with a Value-for-Value model… distributing the huge amount of the copyright-free content (Podcasts, Rumble videos, books etc.) produced by freedom doctors, sorted into sections, and paygated with a very small amount of sats, which go directly to the doctor or medical organisation.
With many western health systems captured by the global biopharmacutical cartel, there’s increased demand for high quality ‘Health Tourism’ offerings, so that Americas, Europeans etc. can access services in places like Istanbul, Medellin etc.
For an average brit, flying to Antalya for a couple of filling is already a much better proposition than waiting for a NHS dentist.
