This section could be kicked-off very rapidly with novacustom.com – a great provider of Qubes compatible laptops, mini PC’s and privacy focused smartphones. They offer full customization and free international delivery (some exceptions apply). This project was discussed with the owner a little while ago, and it should be pretty straightforward to get rolling.
